Straight forward rock and roll in the style that embeds itself in you and has you singing the chorus. Tenpenny Joke rocks in a very accessible way. She literally does “get inside your head,” as the lyric says. There’s plenty to love here, from the otherworldly intro, to the violin and guitar trailing lick, to the masterful guitar and vocal work in the middle.
