Bluesy, Jazzy, with just the right touch of pop, I love Madeleine Peyroux, and this track is particularly wonderful.  I first heard Madeleine on the 2004, best of the year review version of Morning Becomes Eclectic (KCRW radio-check them out online).  I promptly bought the 3 CD’s I could get my hands on, and they are all excellent.  This track, however, is much newer, so I guess I’ll have to go on another buying spree.  Check out Madeleine on her website, and enjoy The Kind You Can’t Afford from 2010.
