The Swing Ninjas are one of those bands that I discovered while perusing Jamendo.com and since then, I’ve listened to that free EP,Tears of the Tuba – The Difficult Second Album several times.  It’s so much fun!  Here’s a band, somewhat like Squirrel Nut Zippers in their love of fun, swing music.  They never take themselves too seriously, but the music never suffers from it. Here, the band covers Bei Mir Bist Du Schon from 1932.  My favorite track from the EP is probably, Dunkin’ Bagels, funny, singable, and toe-tap-able.  You can find The Swing Ninjas on their MySpace and FaceBook pages, as well as Jamendo.
