Folkish country-pop troupe Drew Holcomb And The Neighbors have it. What is “it” you ask? The ability to weave a perfectly singable and infectious tune. This is the kind of music you might find on a country radio station that just doesn’t quite fit a genre’. Frankly, that’s a good thing. Here Good Light, the title track to their new long-player (February 2013), is a testament to how we live our lives. “There’s a good light shining in you. There’s a magic in your eyes.” says Mr. Holcomb while singing of someone who has lost their way.

The band here is tight and full of magic of their own-a synergy with each other that tells of long hours playing and singing together. Only thing missing from their web site is a good band bio.
